This week, at the 23rd annual Systems Thinking in Action conference, leaders of organizations around the world gather to learn how to make sense of complexity, shift an organization’s culture, and create meaningful change.
The Institute’s Managing Director, Brian Waniewski, joins the group to share how we use systems thinking as a framework at Quest schools to empower students to thoroughly examine complex problems and come up with creative solutions.
But systems thinking isn’t just a critical 21st century skill we need our future leaders to develop. It’s also a guiding principle for the Institute, as an organization, to create the kind of change we want to see in the world.
Stream the STIA conference free online starting at 8am Eastern on Thursday, November 14 to catch Brian’s keynote and a whole host of other sessions designed to help participants learn how to become life-long learners, leaders, and agents of change.
